Multi Tiered Association

This is the perfect association in our opinion.  Since, the member gets to choose not only the cost but the level of involvement.  I have seen schools join associations that required that they only use their logo... test certificates... curriculum... and pay lot of money for this.  There at some point is a falling out or break off from this association, and now the students have to go back to doing things the "old way"  or some new way, as well as taking of any patches, or re-issuance of test certificates etc.  This makes any school look bad and disrupts students learning.  A good association would give all things as options, with different levels of involvement.  Furthermore, all funds are used for the development of the association, or to pay the association officers for their efforts in amounts known to all other members.  See below. 

Basic Membership                 $25/ year        

All monies are allocated for association, travel, events & association advertising as agreed upon.

            You will be able to be a part of a large, quality based family of martial artists that: share ideas; have links on our website; welcome contact with all other studios; invitations to all association events; the option (not requirement) to use our name and logo for your school.  This does not include any rank recognition... due to the fact you may want to continue with your own curriculum and way of promoting individuals.  If you are looking for rank recognition in addition to our basic membership please see the studio instructor rank and promotions assistance below.

For a fee you can gain recognition if the association you have come from is know to us or you have demonstrated your skills to us.  You will receive a very professional certificate, and be listed on the website with all other instructors and rank.

This gives your certification impact having been signed by the association president or grand master with a space left for you to sign.  This also has impact coming from a larger association, as well as being very professional in appearance.  You may also use our curriculum, and will be sent a written curriculum.  Videos of the curriculum can be requested and purchased as needed (you do not need to purchase all videos at once... please see below video option).

Black belts and higher will need to send a video, come visit us, or have us come to you for their promotions.

Monthly Marketing and Counseling            $25/Month   

80% of the funds go to the officer distributing and providing the counseling and marketing materials, with the remainder to the association.

We will send you publications monthly that we have created on all aspects of recruiting, record keeping, and retention.  You may contact our business director with questions.  We will also assist you with the creation of business cards, fliers, coupons, etc.  This program differs from larger ones such as NAPMA and MAIA because the information is specifically geared towards you and your studio/style.  We specifically help studios that are starting off, are trying to go from 50 to 100 students, or from 100 to 150, etc.  If you already have multiple studios, and hundreds of students we would be more than willing to exchange ideas and information with you to help our other members... Otherwise this option is highly recommended.  An example of one of these monthly packets is enclosed.

Hands-on Studio Visit with Seminar             $500 plus expenses one time fee

Funds go to the officer conducting the visit and seminar

A master of the association comes to visit your studio.  They will walk through your studio with you and offer their advice.  This ensures the most profitable application of the information that we provide you.  Not all schools are some cookie cutter franchise, and therefore require special details that make your school unique and profitable.  Our time teaching at your school can be broken into smaller seminars availing the teaching to all age groups or one large seminar, and may cover any topics you feel will benefit your school.  We also allow you to video the seminar, and will video it for you and produce a DVD for an additional charge (for $200 you can order 20 DVD's of your seminar that can then be sold for $10 a piece if you wish to recuperate that investment).

Funds reimburse production costs, then distribution and reproduction costs, then the aforementioned association travel, events, and marketing fund.
