can lead to:
    
     Not seeing progress, disillusionment with the program. Not seeing the value vs. benefit.
         
(cure: Think - only I make me good, and train harder to gain the benefits of martial arts)


Life happens:
    
     Pregnancy, injury, vacations, etc. lead to inconsistent training. Excuse: Usually no time/ money.
         
(cure: Remember the benefits, get back on the horse. Financial problems are solvable)


Conflicts /disagreements
    
     Disharmony with other students, instructors, beliefs etc..
